LET'S GET YOUR STORY STARTED... Once you contact little words, we will set up a time convenient to you to go through an extensive interview over the telephone. During the personal interview, Ms. Bannister will discuss the giver and the recipient of the book, ask you about family memories, stories, events, and other personal experiences that you and your family have shared, as well as discuss book cover and color options. After the personal interview is complete, Ms. Bannister will begin the writing and design process. You will have the opportunity to review a draft of the book copy prior to the final book being created. All information is confidential and only used by little words to create your private personal story. PLACE AN ORDER AVAILABLE PRODUCTS big book A 9" x 10" hard back covered with European cloth, 20 archival pages. Additional pages may be purchased to add on chapters over the years. Tied at the spine with a contrasting grosgrain ribbon. little book A 7" x 8" soft back with textured paper cover, 12 archival pages. Available in the following colors: Ivory, Sage, Periwinkle, or Creamy Yellow. Tied closed with a contrasting satin ribbon. additional chapters for big book Add more life moments by having us create an additional chapter for your big book...perfect to capture a child's accomplishments throughout the years. These pages are added to the big book - just untie the ribbon, place the pages and tie the ribbon closed. gift certificates Gift certificates may be purchased for any recipient in any denomination. Gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase. deluxe package with duplicate book Duplicate books may be ordered so your family has one to keep as a treasured memory, and one to share, play with, and read daily. Includes one big or little book plus one same size duplicate book. Requires additional 2 weeks turnaround time. PRICING little words books start at $275. Deluxe packages start at $450. Additional pages for big books are $15 per page. Prices vary depending on size of book chosen and length of story; please contact us for more information. PAYMENT OPTIONS Full payment is required prior to the creation of each book. We accept personal checks, cash, and money orders. ORDER TURNAROUND Once the interview process is complete, each book takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Deluxe package/duplicate book orders require 6 to 8 weeks. Special orders requiring a faster turnaround are available for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss. DELIVERY Orders are shipped via US Postal Service, Priority Mail, and are insured.
